Tuva Labs has partnered with Census at Schools to help make data meaningful. Census with Schools asks students questions about their lifestyle and habits and aggregates the data from around the world. Now the data is stored on the Tuva Labs site and students can use the data visualization tools to analyze the numbers. This is fantastic way for kids to connect to facts and learn about peers outside of their immediate surroundings. I am welcoming ideas about how to use this in your classroom. What might you ask? Where in your plan should these lessons fall? What essential understandings should kids gain?
