Generating Random Samples (v2)
Lesson
In this tutorial, students use the Census at School dataset to learn the mechanics of random sampling on Tuva.
Generating Random Samples Random sampling is a fundamental statistical process used to study variation within data. Instead of analyzing all cases at once, we draw a sample and compute statistics such as the mean or standard deviation. In this tutorial, you will learn how to generate random samples on Tuva using the Sampling Card, adjust sampling settings, and analyze sample statistics. [---cta ⚡ Ready to practice?
