Filtering Categorical Data on Tuva (v2)
Lesson
In this tutorial, students explore the Rollercoasters dataset and learn different ways they can filter categorical data on Tuva.
Filtering Categorical Data on Tuva Large datasets often contain cases that belong to different categories. When exploring patterns, it is sometimes helpful to focus on only one category and temporarily remove others from view. Tuva’s categorical filtering allows you to include or exclude specific groups from your analysis. Because the Case Card, Table View, and Graphing Area are interconnected, filtering updates all views at once. [---cta ⚡ Ready to practice?
