Tails of Planets
Data Story
In this activity, students will use different distribution plots of planetary measurements to make claims, give evidence, or provide reasoning.
Welcome to this Tuva data story! The planets of our solar system appear to be so neatly organized, with small planets close to the sun and larger planets farther out. However, different ways of graphing the planetary attributes can tell different tales. And sometimes, “tails” can tell tales… In this data story, you will examine different distribution plots of planetary measurements. You will use the distributions to make claims, give evidence, or provide reasoning. Click Next to begin!
