Global Water Challenge
Data Story
We’ve created a Tuva Challenge that needs YOU to finish. Add your data, check out what the rest of the community has shared, and communicate what you find valuable about water.
Welcome to this Tuva challenge! How much water do you use when you flush a toilet? Wash a load of clothes? take a shower? Run the dishwasher? An important measure of water use is how much water one person uses in one day. We can express this number as gallons of water used per person per day (gal/person/day). We’ve started with data from 25 households. But we want to build community involvement and we want YOUR input! Will you add to our dataset? To create one constant, let's assume it's cloudy and cool and you are home for the week. Use the form below to fill in some of your water-use data. Collectively, we will assemble a community dataset. NOTE: This survey is very general and won't take into account if you have water-conserving equipment in your household. You get a⭐ if you do! Click Next to begin!
