Welcome to this Tuva data story! Viruses and bacteria are two common microbes in our environment, and some of them can make us sick. How sick they make us and how many of us catch it varies by what kind of bacteria and virus we are talking about. This data story uses a dataset compiled in 2014 of 37 different viruses and bacteria.
